By creating an account or using DateDash, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

Eligibility

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on DateDash, including posts, comments, profile information, and other user-generated content.

By posting content on DateDash, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.

Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines form an integral part of these Terms.

Users are expected to contribute positively to the community and help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate our Community Guidelines or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, interfaces, text, and other materials provided by DateDash, excluding user-generated content, are owned by or licensed to DateDash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscription fees are charged weekly or monthly, depending on the plan selected.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing is displayed before purchase.
• Premium features may change over time as the platform evolves.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
• Subscriptions purchased on an Apple device are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, and those purchased on Google Play are billed through Google Play. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect your access during the current billing period.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate our Community Guidelines.
• We believe your account poses a security risk.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your activities may harm other users or the platform.

We may also remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that DateDash will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, or other operational reasons.

Disclaimer

DateDash is a platform that facilitates social discovery and connections between users. We do not verify every user or guarantee:

• The identity of every user.
• The accuracy of user-generated content.
• That every interaction will be safe or positive.
• That users will successfully form meaningful connections.
• Any particular outcome from using the platform.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment and caution when interacting with others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DateDash and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
